first competitive team ... ever! LOL.
let's get right to it, shall we? great!

    Gliscor @ Expert Belt
    Nature: Jolly
    Ability: Hyper Cutter
    252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
    - Stealth Rock
    - U-Turn
    - Earthquake
    - Aerial Ace

i lead with this one just to set up SR. U-Turn on the next turn to sort of damage my opponents poke (hopefully) and switch to my own counter.

    Forretress @ Shed Shell
    Nature: Relaxed
    Ability: Sturdy
    252 HP / 112 Atk / 144 Def
    - Spikes
    - Rapid Spin
    - Gyro Ball
    - Explosion

your standard Forretress. i chose Spikes over Toxic Spikes because i want to spread other useful status inflictions around besides Poison. i also don't want to activate any Guts boosts to early. Rapid Spin to remove Toxic Spikes mainly but also other entry hazards. Gyro Ball is here to attack when i can. and then explode before i die.

    Spiritomb @ Leftovers
    Nature: Careful
    Ability: Pressure
    252 HP / 156 Def / 100 Sp.D
    - Will-o-Wisp
    - Confuse Ray / ??? (<- doesn't mean Curse, LOL)
    - Shadow Sneak
    - Pain Split

my burner, sort of. Will-o-Wisp those Swords Danced pokes. Confuse Ray to rack up some entry hazards if they decide to switch out. i'm willing to replace this with another move but i couldn't find another move. so at the moment it'll stay (hopefully some of you can find a good move ^^). i chose Shadw Sneak over Sucker Punch because it has more PP and a sure fire "you go first" thing. and the usual Pain Split for some healing!

    Vaporeon @ Left Overs
    Nature: Bold
    Ability: Water Absorb
    188 HP / 252 Def / 68 Spe
    - Wish
    - Protect
    - Surf
    - Toxic / Roar

your standard team healer. Wish + Protect to keep me healthy. Protect to scout. Surf for STAB. and toxic for walls with no Rest. Roar is another option because my team is in need of a phaser. Wish is mainly for these 2 i'm about to mention. but i will use it to help the others, LOL. just mainly these 2.

    Latias @ Expert Belt
Nature: Hasty (i'll explain why, LOL)
    Ability: Levitate
    4 Def / 252 Sp.A / 252 Spe
    - Dragon Pulse
    - Surf
    - Thunderbolt
    - Thunder Wave / Roar

now, as far as the nature goes ... i tried and tried to find one with the nature i wanted (Timid) but every time i was able to find Latias, it was always (and i mean always) Hasty.
anyways, enough of that. Dragon Pulse for, well, dragons, LOL. Surf is used to try and kill Tyranitar before it kills me. it also can be used to get other pokes weak against water. Thunderbolt for bulky waters. Thunder Wave is to slow those speed boosters that my team will have trouble with. Roar is also an option because (what i said with Vaporeon) "my team is in need of a phaser".

    Infernape @ Life Orb
    Nature: Naive
    Ability: Blaze
    168 Atk / 140 Sp.A / 200 Spe
    - Close Combat
    - Stone Edge
    - Overheat
    - Grass Knot

the. wall. breaker! STAB Close Combat mainly for Blissy but also other steel walls. STAB Overheat mainly for Skarmory but also other steel walls. Stone Edge for flying types and dual flying types my other 3 attacks can't dent enough. Grass Knot mainly for Swampert and other bulky waters that might switch in.

that wraps up my team info. now help me out and try to make this team BETTER! please!

A lead Gliscor should have a bit of a bulkier EV spread, try 204 HP / 88 Attack / 216 Speed with an Impish nature. Taunt > Aerial Ace to cripple other setup leads.

Life Orb > Expert Belt on Latias, you have good type coverage, but you're usually going to be doing neutral damage with those moves. Life Orb is much better in the long run. Also, you're better off dropping thunderwave and going with an offensive set. Maybe drop T-Wave and T-Bolt and add Calm Mind and Recover. Draco Meteor is an option too. Either way, T-wave on offensive Latias isn't a good idea. She really wants a timid nature to keep her bulk too =/

    Just a few things.

You also want HP Electric in that last slot on vappy or Gyarados really does nail you. Latias cant stop it either as it gets OHKO'd by Stone Edge, Ice Fang and Bounce after a DD.

As for Gliscor, i kinda wouldnt use it that way.

    Gliscor@Leftovers
    156 HP / 136 Def / 216 speed
    Jolly Nature
    - Stealth Rock
    - Roost
    - Earthquake
    - Fire Fang

Use this, to help with your Scizor weakness (Ape takes a hell of a load from Scizor). Fire Fang hits Scizor and still maintains coverage on Breloom and Heracross etc. You need a recovery move on it too btw. The evs outspeed Lucario and the def evs maximize its defense.

ahh, thanks so much to the both of you ^^. i was a bit sketchy on the EV spread of my Gliscor so i'll make sure to try out both spreads. and for Latias, i'll make sure to search the forums around for a Life Orb trade.
    thanks again ^^
