I made the team and had about five practice battles. There were a few things I didn't like about the team so I've rearranged a few of the Pokémon.

    Hippowdon @ Leftovers
    Sand Stream / Impish Nature
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 DEF / 6 ATK
    - Earthquake
    - Ice Fang
    - Slack Off
    - Stealth Rock

Keeping this one. Hippowdon did really well in my opinion.

    *pokemonelite2000 image removed*
    Gliscor @ Leftovers
    Sand Veil / Impish Nature
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 DEF / 6 ATK
    - Earthquake
    - Knock Off
    - Aerial Ace
    - Roost

Keeping this one too since I need it to counter fighting types/moves.

    "image removed"
    Starmie @ Leftovers
    Natural Cure / Timid Nature
    EVs: 216 SPD / 176 HP / 120 Sp. ATK
    - Thunderbolt
    - Ice Beam
    - Recover
    - Surf

Didn't like the idea of not having any water or electric moves so I added Starmie into the mix.

    *pokemonelite2000 image removed*
    Tyranitar @ Choice Band
    Sand Stream / Adamant Nature
    EVs: 252 ATK / 196 SPD / 60 HP
    - Crunch
    - Stone Edge
    - Earthquake
    - Pursuit

Keeping Tyranitar also because it's one of my heavy hitters and I can't think of anything that I should replace it with.

    "image removed"
    Forretress @ Leftovers
    Sturdy / Relaxed Nature
    EVs: 252 HP / 162 ATK / 96 DEF
    - Spikes
    - Gyro Ball
    - Rapid Spin
    - Earthquake

A physical wall/spinner that replaced Garchomp. Gives me grass resistant, Gyro Ball for STAB, EQ for electrics, and Spikes for the extra pain on the switch.

    "image removed"
    Cradily @ Leftovers
    Suction Cups / Careful Nature
    EVs: 252 HP / 164 DEF / 92 Sp. DEF
    - Toxic
    - Rock Slide
    - Recover
    - Earthquake

Same Cradily but instead of Stealth Rock I've put in Earthquake

    Threat List:

    Tyranitar: Hippowdon / Forretress
    Gyarados: Starmie
    Infernape: Hippowdon / Starmie
Azelf: Tyranitar [If it doesn't have Focus Blast]
    Rhyperior: Hippowdon / Starmie?
Electivire: Hippowdon [If it doesn't have HP Grass]
    Heracross: Gliscor
    Salamence: Hippowdon
    Togekiss: Tyranitar
Gengar: Tyranitar [If it doesn't have Focus Blast] / Cradily can switch in on it
Garchomp: Starmie / Hippowdon / Forretress
    Raikou: Cradily
    Lucario: Gliscor
    Tauros: Forretress
    Starmie: Tyranitar
    Weavile: Forretress
    Dugtrio: Tyranitar / Hippowdon
    Alakazam: Cradily
    PorygonZ: Tyranitar / Cradily
    Medicham: Forretress?
    Staraptor: Forretress / Starmie?
    Slowbro: Tyranitar / Starmie
    Machamp: Gliscor
    Jolteon: Tyranitar / Cradily
    Aerodactyl: Forretress
    Snorlax: Tyranitar / Hippowdon
    Zapdos: Gliscor / Cradily
    Blissey: Tyranitar
    Suicune: Starmie
    Sceptile: Forretress / Cradily
    Breloom: Gliscor
    Slaking: Hippowdon / Tyranitar?
    Tangrowth: Gliscor
    Ninjask: Hippowdon / Forretress
    Metagross: Hippowdon
    Heatran: Starmie
    Celebi: Tyranitar / Gliscor?
Jirachi: Tyranitar / Cradily / Hippowdon / Gliscor / Forretress

IMO d-claw>outrage cuz outrage can be a prob, when u can't swicth an dget stuck on it
also, u don't really need 2 SRers, on cradily a STAB e-ball can do some damge and stockpile>toxic IMO allows daul walling, but sice u have sandstorm to bost sp def, u could also use reflect

Outrage is standard and it gets enough power that I don't think I have to many problems. SR on Cradily is just there to be there and it's standard on Hippowdon. Toxic does indirect damage every turn where stockpile just charges power for three turns and besides it's standard on the sandstorm special wall Cradily. I don't want to remove anything for Reflect.

Gengar and Azelf won't run from Tyranitar :\ They'll Focus Blast you to bits

this does seem like a pretty solid sandstorm team.. just a few bits you need some opinions on...

I would like to know why you have 2 SRs.. I know you vaguely gave a reason.. but don't you feel that there's better out there, especially for a 4th move.

You have 2 Stealth Rock pokemon. It's best to have one.

    Cradily @ Leftovers
    Suction Cups / Careful Nature
    EVs: 252 HP / 164 DEF / 92 Sp. DEF
    - Toxic
    - Rock Slide
    - Recover
    - Leech Seed/ Earthquake

Potentional of being a great wall. Though Stealth Rock isn't the most necessary attack. Being that you have the attack on Hippowdon already as it is your lead.

    Lucario @ Salac Berry
    Inner Focus / Modest Nature
    EVs: 252 Sp. ATK / 252 SPD / 6 DEF
    - Calm Mind/Dragon Pulse
    - Aura Sphere
    - Dark Pulse
    - Substitute/Endure

    Dark Pulse > Shadow Ball

    Lucario @ Salac Berry
    Inner Focus / Rash Nature
    EVs: 252 Sp. ATK / 252 SPD / 6 DEF
    - Dragon Pulse
    - Close Combat
    - Dark Pulse
    - Endure

A stabbed Close Combat would do more damage to Blissey than a highly Stat Aura Sphere...So the nature and the attack is always good for consideration.

    Gliscor @ Leftovers
    Sand Veil / Impish Nature
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 DEF / 6 ATK
    - Earthquake
    - Knock Off/Agility
    - Baton Pass
    - Roost

A Baton Passer with Knock off or Agility would be useful for your team. Gliscor is a great pokemon for it.

should trick room be included since most sandstorm teams are really slow...

I said I wasn't going to make another team, but I got bored and there's a tournament coming up on another site and I would like to enter with this set. This is just a blueprint so all changes will be considered.

    Hippowdon @ Leftovers
    Sand Stream / Impish Nature
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 DEF / 6 ATK
    - Earthquake
    - Ice Fang
    - Slack Off
    - Stealth Rock

Starter and physical wall. Slack Off to heal, EQ for STAB, Ice Fang for dragons, and lays down SR.
    Okay.

    Tyranitar @ Choice Band
    Sand Stream / Adamant Nature
    EVs: 252 ATK / 196 SPD / 60 HP
    - Crunch
    - Stone Edge
    - Earthquake
    - Pursuit

Don't think I have to explain this set. STAB Crunch and Stone Edge, Earthquake for coverage, and Pursuit for fleeing Gengar Azelf.
All they'll do is abuse Focus Blast, so I don't think Pursuit is necessary. But I can't think of anything better so leave it for now, I guess.

    Garchomp @ Choice Scarf
    Sand Veil / Adamant Nature
    EVs: 252 ATK / 224 SPD / 32 Sp. DEF
    - Outrage / Dragon Claw
    - Earthquake
    - Stone Edge
    - Fire Blast

Scarf Chomp can be a serious pain. Outrage for 120 STAB Dragon move, EQ for STAB, Stone Edge for flying types and Fire Blast to take care of Skarmory and Forretress.
The only way Outrage will work to perfection for you is if you eliminate all of the enemy's Steel-Types (especially Metagross). Otherwise, it will be for naught and allow them to get free set-up as they easily absorb Outrage's 3-turned attack.

    Lucario @ Salac Berry
    Inner Focus / Modest Nature
    EVs: 252 Sp. ATK / 252 SPD / 6 DEF
    - Calm Mind
    - Aura Sphere
    - Dark Pulse
    - Substitute

Something that I discovered while looking through RMTs (not sure if it's a common set). Good way to make Gliscor think it's physical and can help set up on Forretress and Cresselia. Calm Mind to increase power, Aura Sphere for STAB, Shadow Ball to hit anything Aura Sphere can't, and Sub to activate Salac Berry.
Looks decent. Dark Pulse instead of Shadow Ball, if you ask me.

    Gliscor @ Leftovers
    Sand Veil / Impish Nature
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 DEF / 6 ATK
    - Earthquake
    - Knock Off
    - Aerial Ace
    - Roost

Help cover the fighting weakness that Sandstorm teams always seem to have. Earthquake against Pokemon like Lucario and Tyranitar, Knock Off to get rid of items, Aerial Ace to destroy Heracross, and Roost to stay in the battle longer.
    Uh huh...

    Cradily @ Leftovers
    Suction Cups / Careful Nature
    EVs: 252 HP / 164 DEF / 92 Sp. DEF
    - Toxic
    - Rock Slide
    - Recover
    - Stealth Rock

The sandstorm special wall. Completely annoying to take out of battle. Toxic just to be a pain to the opponent, Rock Slide to beat up Salamence and other fliers like Gyarados, Recover to heal (obviously <.<), and Stealth Rock is there to be a pain again to the opponent.
No point in having 2 Pokemon with Stealth Rock since it doesn't stack like Spikes can. =(

I'm thinking about replacing something for Starmie, but I don't know which one to remove or if it's even good for the team. Any help on that decision would be really great.
Random Water Attackers, not to mention Kingdra as well, will be a blundering menace to this team.
And Toxic Cradily just makes CScarf Heracross want to come in and have some big fun.

Sorry it took so long for me to reply to this, but I made the team and had about five practice battles. There were a few things I didn't like about the team so I've rearranged a few of the Pokémon.
