Here's a Sunny Day team I came up with a couple of days ago. I've been using it on Shoddy, and although I haven't kept track, I'd say I win about half my battles, which isn't bad considering I didn't do much research and I'm ridiculously EQ weak.
Ninetales @ Heat Rock
Timid : Flash Fire
252 HP/252 Speed/6 Sp Atk
Sunny Day
Will O' Wisp
Hypnosis
Flamethrower
Main objective of this guy is to set up Sunny Day. Depending on what pokemon I see the opposing team lead, I will cripple with Will O' Wisp or Hypnosis or lead straightaway with Sunny Day (most people predict a Hypnosis, so WoW/Sunny Day is a nasty surprise sometimes). Flamethrower is there for Taunters and despite my lack of Sp Atk EVs, hits hard in the sun. I put in HP EVs because now I can bring Ninetales in on special attacks later in the game if I need to setup Sunny Day again, or can tank a few while I set up to start the game.
Rapidash @ Life Orb
Mild : Flash Fire
252 Speed/129 Atk/129 Sp Atk
Flare Blitz
Flamethrower/Fire Blast
Megahorn
Solarbeam
My wall-breaking Rapidash. I'm not sure what nature is best for him, though. In sun, this thing hits everything hard, the only downside being massive recoil from Flare Blitz. I'll generally bring this thing out early in the game, after Ninetales sets up and I see what kind of walls my opponent has.
Claydol @ Heat Rock
Calm : Levitate
252 HP/252 Sp Def/6 Atk
Rapid Spin
Stealth Rock
Sunny Day
Ice Beam
Special wall/utility pokemon and something to come in safely on boosted EQs. Spins, sets up SR, and serves as a backup sunny day user in case the somewhat-fragile Ninetales gets KO'd. His huge amount of weaknesses are kind of letting me down, so I'm thinking of replacing him with a Blastoise, though I then lose SR support.
Armaldo @ Leftovers
Impish : Battle Armor
252 HP/252 Def/6 Atk
Rest
Sleep Talk
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Defensive wall and status absorber. Works fairly well against Aero unless I come in on a Rock Slide. Gives my team a strong ground/rock combo that is sorely lacking.
Vileplume @ Choice Specs
Timid : Chlorophyll
252 Speed/252 Sp Atk/6 HP
HP Ice/Fire
Energy Ball
Solarbeam
Sludge Bomb
OMG I LOVE THIS VILEPLUME!!! This thing is bulky enough to switch in on unboosted attacks, is fast enough in sun to outspeed most UU pokes, and has a huge 448 Special Attack with Specs and a 180 BP Solarbeam firing every turn. If I can get this thing in while Sunny Day is up, it can wreck entire teams. Energy Ball is there for when sun is not up, Sludge Bomb for STAB, and HP Ice/Fire as a filler move for a bit of coverage.
Luxray @ Choice Scarf
252 Speed/252 Atk/6 HP
Spark
Crunch
Ice Fang
Iron Tail
I had a lack of electric attacks, and also noticed some problems with Rotom and killing the bulky Psychics without Rapidash. Gets great coverage but needs scarf in order to outspeed things. Still gets outsped by Aero though, otherwise it would be a great revenge killer for the overpowered flying dinosaur.
