Vire weak. Heracross weak. Really, once steelix is out of the picture, heracross and Vire on the foe's team=instant win. Really, heracross could take down steelix with some luck...close combat...yikes! You need a spinner too. You have too many defensive weaknesses, which is my beef with this team.

give rhyperior substitute instead of megahorn, and if you're open to the idea, replace avalanche with focus punch. avalanche is ok tho. the problem is that you'll get walled by bronzong. you could stick with megahorn and get rid of avalanche and give rhyperior Wide Lens for the accuracy boost. earthquake+stone edge+megahorn stops both claydol and bronzong from walling it. it need substitute regardless.

replace ice punch with brick break on dusknoir. it needs it for threats (ttar, weavile, blissey) + taking out walls. tpunch is important on dusknoir to take care of gyara and bulky waters. you should really give it SOME atk evs. 96 atk evs won't hurt it.
