    ~Sturdy
    +Impish
    EVs -- Hp 129, Def 129, Sp Def 252
    -Spikes
    -Rapid Spin
    -Earthquake
    -Explosion
My spiker and rapid spinner. Earthquake to take advantage of his decent attack (and to pose a threat to electric and even fire pokes), and Explosion to finish the job when he's low on HP.

    EVs -- Hp 252, Def 129, Sp Def 129
    -Substitute
    -Swords Dance
    -Protect
    -Baton Pass
Substitute and hope opponent uses a status move or switches out, so I can use Swords Dance next. When the sub breaks (whether or not I get to use Swords Dance), use Protect. Remember, Ninjask gets a speed boost each turn. Go back and forth between Protect and Substitute until you have a chance to use Swords Dance or until Liechi kicks in. BP to Snorlax.

    -Return
    -Earthquake
    -Shadow Ball
    -Rest
My physical sweeper. His speed will be incredible thanks to Ninjask, and his attack will be even stronger than normal.

    -Mean Look
    -Protect
    -Perish Song
    -Destiny Bond
Use Mean Look to trap the opponent, then use Perish Song. Follow with Protect twice (hope the second one works), and switch out before the third turn. Use Destiny Bond when Missy is almost dead. If your opponent has a stat boosted sweeper out, use Perish Song first. If they switch, yay! If not, Mean Look kills them because only one Protect will be necessary.

    EVs ? Def 129, Sp Def 129, Spd 252
    -Substitute
    -Calm Mind
    -Ice Punch
    -Psychic
Use Substitute and Calm Mind until the sub breaks. Then sweep.

    -Seismic Toss
    -Counter
    -Softboiled
    -Aromatherapy
Pretty self-explanitory. Aromatherapy to heal Snorlax from Rest if necessary, or to heal anyone from conditions. Counter physical attacks and Toss when you feel like it.

That's pretty much it. Rate the team and make suggestions. Thanks.

    Take care,
    David

Forretress - ok, the moves work. I'd rather have more into Def, since you have Blissey to take care of special tanking. Just drop those Sp Def EV altogether, and play around with max Def and some Attack to boost that EQ.

Ninjask - ew, horrid. Lose Protect altogether, at least give him an attack. AA or Silver Wind over Protect. EVs - max Speed, make your HP able to divide by 4 + 1, and sink the rest into Attack. Adamant or Jolly nature, if you please.

Snorlax - Slight readjustment of moves:

    Snorlax@Leftovers
    EV:HP, Att, Def
Nature: + Att, - Sp Att
    Substitute
    Focus Punch
    Shadow Ball
    Return

You can also consider Fire Blast for anti-Skarm

Misdreavus - so predictable. But there's not a great deal more Missy can do. Besides, if anyone sees Missy they'll switch to someone that can take it out easily.

Alakazam - no, this is all wrong.

    Alakazam@Leftovers/Choice Band
    EV:Speed, Sp Att
    Nature: + Speed/Sp Att, - Att
    Psychic
    Ice/Fire/Thunderpunch
    Ice/Fire/Thunderpunch
    Ice/Fire/Thunderpunch/Trick

Trick is obviously to screw over Blissey and other special tanks with Choice Band, otherwise use Lefties. Zam isn't gonna be around long enough to CM effectively, so it's better just to use a variety of elemental punches. Hit and run is the order of the day, and Zam hits hard enough to get the job done without CM.

Blissey - it's possibly the worst of the fourth moves for Blissey, IMO. Gengar screws you over completely here. Give her Ice Beam or at least Thunder Wave over Counter, since you have Forretress to tank physical hits. Yes, I am encouraging Blissetress.
