Maybe eq instead of Meteor Mash for type coverage and accuracy but, Meteor Mash has more power....

    Facade
    EQ
    HP: Ghost
    Return
Facade, as you don't need Brick Break, as Return covers more areas, switch him in on a Stat Effect, and you're in ^_^

    Forretress (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Sturdy
    EVs: 244 HP / 48 Atk / 216 Def
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Earthquake
    - Explosion
    - Rapid Spin
    - Spikes

That's my Forre set, works well, some prefer Rest > Boom but I like this

    Alakazam@ King's Rock
    EVs: 6 Hp/252 Spd/ 252 SpAtk
    Modest(+SpAtk,-Atk)
    Fire Punch
    Ice Punch
    Thunder Punch
    Psychic
His usual set, works fairly well but Recover Zam is better if they can't do much to him.

    Lapras@Leftovers
    EVs: 252 HP/ 6 Def/ 252 SpAtk
    Modest(+SpAtk,-Atk)
    Confuse Ray
    Surf/Roar
    Ice Beam

I'm running a Boltbeam/Roar/CRay set right now, in theory it should work out well, perhaps pump his defenses if he's going to roar though.

    Tyranitar@Leftovers
    EVs: 36 HP/120 Atk/ 102 Spd/ 252 SpAtk
    Quiet(+SpAtk,-Spd)

Goto my Countering the Common Techniques thread for the standard EV's on Boahtar.

    Metagross@Leftovers
    EVs:42 HP /226 Atk/ 180 SpAtk
    Rash(+SpAtk,-SpDef)
    Agility
    Meteor Mash
    Earthquake
    Thunder Punch
Phlem is right he only needs Thunderpunch for Skarm, otherwise let's use his massive AttackinG power, Swampert will pose a threat here.

Just redone my rating lol, wasn't thinking straight before.

Meteor Mash all the way... it's Uber. Plus, you shouldn't have Ice Punch. Just thunderpunch for skarm/bliss. So maybe you could have both mm and eq.

I redone my rating as I saw Flem's suggestion and thought my previous ones were a lil off.

sure I'll edit the ice punch out
and fix the EV's on multiple things

For the gross EVs I have a bunch left over after applying your suggestions

    any ideas?

BTW 226 atk wastes 2 EVs so I just put 224 in it

Why not give it some HP? Sp atk set so t-punch can 2HKO Skarm?

YEa 2hko skarm and do decent damage to waters with steel is uneffective against

Your entire team has a huge weakness to Swampert.

Earthquake, Counter, Mirror Coat and a FILLER could wipe your team.

Quake kills Tar, and virtually dints everything else.
Counter will kill Ursaring, and Urs can't OHKO Swampy anyway.
Mirror Coat wrecks Lappy and Zam.
He could have HP Fire and be an anti-you Swampert to wipe Forre aswell.

So get a grass move somewhere.

I realized that so I edited my team to become this Glowingstuff is new:

    Ursaring@choice band
    Evs: 156 hp/ 252 Atk/ 56 Def/ 46 SpDef
    Admant(+Atk,-SpAtk)
    HP: Ghost
    EQ
    Sleep Talk Return

    Sceptile@Leftovers
    Leech Seed
    Leaf Blade
    Hp: Ice
    Sub

    Gengar@ Leftovers
    EVs: 136 Atk/ 252 Spd/ 122 SpAtk
    Hasty(+Spd,-Def)
    FP
    Sub
    T-Bolt
    Giga Drain

    Alakazam@ King's Rock
    EVs: 6 Hp/252 Spd/ 252 SpAtk
    Modest(+SpAtk,-Atk)
    Fire Punch
    Ice Punch
    Thunder Punch
    Psychic

    Tyranitar@Leftovers
    EVs: 252 HP/50 Atk/ 208 SpAtk
    Rash(+SpAtk,-Spdef)
    Crunch
    T-Bolt
    FP
    Sub

    Metagross@Leftovers
    EVs:42 HP /200 Atk/ 88 Spd /180 SpAtk Rash(+SpAtk,-SpDef)
    Agility
    EQ Meteor Mash
    Thunder Punch

Still 2hko's skarm and speed is set to outspeed Jolt/Aero

For Urs Facade > Brick Break

The Sceptile set is my exact one from my very first team, unfortunately I don't get to take credit for it as I found out just the other day (NOTE: I made it 4 months ago), that it was called "McSceptile" and made by McGraw, poor me.

Consider HP Grass > Giga Drain, more power, I know Giga heals but it's a suggestion.

Brick Break + Rock Slide cover almost everything in the entire game. Keep it

    ~ Facade
    ~ Brick Break
    ~ Rock Slide
    ~ EQ

    Fine. Standard.

The rest of the team seems to be pretty standard. McGengar, McSceptile, etc...

Whoops I posted the wrong set for Ursaring I got rid of Brick break for Sleep talk
    HP: Ghost is almost required

Yea but, rockslide is pretty much covered by return.

Rockslide covers flying, ice, bug (maybe other but, I have a bad memory)
Return deals normal damage to those 3 types so:
Return with STAB has a base power of 102 X 1.5=153
Rockslide with super effectiveness has a base power of 75 X 2= 150

    So infact return is better

    Facade + Guts is awesome
but, return is for guaranteed damamge

    BTW Guts>WoW

I only need 1 normal attack and its return
    ok?

    Yep and Good idea

Facade is too weak I might use it on my double battle team since I can auto status my poke
