So the eevee is a DW one? If so is it in the dreamball and UT'ed? As for Truth, it is special because the person I got it from did very hard work to get it and was nice enough to trade it to me.

No i have a poliwag.I said that i could breed one with swift swim for you.You only want DW Pokemon?Will you transfer all these Pokemon in X & Y ?

No I can trade for events and the DW's and I really haven't decided if I will transfer yet or not.
