The Arcanine will learn it at Lv. 39. Is it possible for this pokemon to learn Thunder Fang?

Then Clone it and level it to 100 with:

Morning Sun/ Flare Blitz/ Toxic/ ExtremeSpeed

Please teach it Toxic.

Use the very 1st post and click on 4th gen. shinys, I believe that's what it says!! But they are all on 4th and 5th gen. games!!
