hey guys. In case there's a thread about this, please delete. I didn't find one though.

I just wanted to share some cool stuff with you cuz this is my favorite pokemon forum.

Well, I found a program on the internet that allows you to generate times, delays and frames for a perfect/flawless pokemon. With a bit of practice, luck and pokemon experience everyone can get them.

    Here's a link to a tutorial: *smogon.com link removed*

And here to the Program: *smogon.com link removed*

ok, here's a line just to show you that it's easy. cuz that big bad tutorial on smogon kinda scared me away but i understood it now
some things like what a frame is and what framez some pokemon have you can look up on smogon:

    Method J:
1st step: you download rng reporter, open it and click "DPPt Time Finder"

2nd step: you choose the method [method J for resettable/legendary pokemon]

3rd step: you choose the nature. because you probably want to give the pokemon a good moveset, you have to choose a nature for example impish. then, if you have a pokemon with the ability synch, you can choose impish in the synch nature too, that will make more results come up and it'll give you more chances to find a good pokemon.

4th step: you choose a year, in case you don't want to search all the years to 2099, it'd be helpful to choose max frame 10.000 because then, you'll find a flawless pokemon in almost every year.

5th step: the min/max delay should be set to min: 598 max: 702 [in case u rly want to calibrate, which gives you more exact delays, you can do that but it doesn't really make any sense. cuz it's kinda luck whether u get the delay or not and they can vary, even if you do the same all the time. more later. look @ step 11 later...it'll help.]

6th step: choose the ability of a pokemon. most pokemon have 2 of em. just look up which one u want online and choose the right number.

7th step: your trainer ID must be filled in where it sais ID otherwise RNG might find crappy times.

8th step: the IVS!!!! finally, you can choose the IVs of your pokemon. the >= is higher than and the <= is lower than. [lower than is good to make the confused damage smaller if you set atk to for example 5 or lower] [higher than is useful if one of the values isn't too important]

9th step: now you can click generate [i know you couldn't wait to do that!] .... but if you really want a flawless pokemon and you've set the frame to 10000, then you'll have to wait several hours. [but trust me, if you got a ps3, time's gonna move on a lot faster :D]

10th step: now choose one of your results. here are some criteria:
    -IVs are high
-Frame is low [because later u have to make it higher in the game]
-Hidden Power type and power is quite neat
    -nature's good

11th step: right click one of the results and choose "generate times"
this will show you the date, time, delay and coin flip results. in case u don't like your delay, toggle around the year. i searched in 2009 and had the delay 633 but i like 604. so i found 604 in 2038. [that's for ppl who calibrated and found out that their delay is *insert whatever here*]

    12th step: note following:
    -Date
-Time with seconds! [14 secs in the end is quite helpful]
    -Frame
    -Delay
    -Hidden Power type and power
    -Coin flip results

13th step: ok, now we're about to RNG a pokemon! ROAR!
What you need before using the steps in the spoiler:

5 pokemon in your team. in case u chose synch nature on RNG, one has to have the ability synch and the right nature.

    a stopwatch/clock

    LUCK!

the ability to press A very often and fast :t211:
    Spoiler:

Thanx for reading. hope it'll help you!
