I say Ground, as most Rock attacks have low accuracy.

I've listed all the Rock and Ground type attacks. As you can see, only one of the Rock type attacks has an accuracy of 100, and half of the Ground attacks do. There aren't as many Rock type attacks as there are Ground either.

I wish Aron/Lairon/Aggron were immunte to electric attacks. It bug me how most kind of attacks are super-effective against it.

Stell types aren't immune to electric attacks, neither are rock types (apparently), ground are though. As Aron and evo's are Steel/Rock, they aren't resistant to electric attacks. Stupid huh?
