[Other] Rom base question

    Hello, currently, should I pick emerald or fire red as a Rom base? As far as I know, the best one for fire red is Leon ultimate's one and for emerald the most recent li Yun's rom base. Also, was wondering how much available space I will have for multiple regions, since there are already so many pokemon inserted.
