I know I've made a couple appearances in this forum a couple times before to share handdrawn works for special occasions, like Halloween and just before I started my fanfic Biohazard (even though, I'm currently revising it, if anyone read it before). But, this time, I've decided to start an actual fakemon thread for, well..., my fakemon. I should kind of make it known that I'm not the greatest artist, so I'd appreciate it if some of the more critically minded members kind of hold back. It's not that I can't take criticism, it's just I can't take harsh criticism.

Anyways, to start it off, I've got sketches of my grass starter Porpike and its evos, Bramback and Nettlepine, and some of their info.

    Porpike
    Ronac Dex: #1
    Species: Stinging Pokémon
    Types: Grass
Name's Origin: Porpike is a combination of 'porcupine' and 'spike,' describing how this creature, based somewhat on the porcupine, has large spikes/thorns sticking out of its backside.
Coloration: Overall it has a green coloration, with the thorns (including the ones on its tail) being a dark green. The claws on its toes match the coloration of its thorns. Its ears are teal. Finally, its eyes are red with a malevolent stare from its black iris (it's supposed to evolve into the Grass/Dark Nettlepine, so this is supposed to be a precursor of that).
Gender Differences: The thorns on the male's back stick up higher than the female's.
    Gender Ratio: 87.5% Male/12.5% Female
    Height: 1' 5"
    Weight: 26 lbs
    Ability: Overgrow
Lime (version with Doxinox as the chief legendary) Pokédex: Never turn your back on Porpike! It loves jabbing its thorns into an unsuspecting victim's rear for entertainment.
Slate (version with Coyoberus as the chief legendary) Pokédex: Porpike enjoys seeing others suffer. When it stabs a victim, its thorns break off and dig their way into flesh to cause more suffering.
Evo line: Porpike evolves into Bramback at level 19, and then into Nettlepine at level 38.

    Bramback
    Ronac Dex: #2
    Species: Spiked Hide Pokémon
    Types: Grass
Name's Origin: Bramback is a combo of 'bramble' and 'back,' referring to how brambles and thorns line its backside.
Coloration: The body, thorns on its back and tail, ears, eyes, and claws all have the same coloring that Porpike's did. The dual horns that are supposed to be on its forehead, however, are black. And, the large vines that dangle from the back of its head and rest on some of its thorns and the shoulder area of its forelegs are dark brown.
Gender Differences: Male's back thorns stick up higher than the female's. Also, females have short bumps out of their foreheads instead of horns
    Height: 3' 7"
    Weight: 76 lbs
    Ability: Overgrow
Lime Pokédex: When it lies down, don't think that Bramback is about to nap! It's about to dig its vines so it can ensnare and sting your ankles with the many nettles upon them.
Slate Pokédex: Bramback is always contemplating how to get prey with as little effort as possible. It occasionally fakes letting down its guard to draw victims foolish enough to approach it.

    Nettlepine
    Ronac Dex: #3
    Species: Thorn Demon Pokémon
    Types: Grass and Dark
Name's Origin: Nettlepine is a combination of 'nettle' and 'porcupine,' so it's basically a porcupine with many nettles and thorns on parts of its back and body.
Coloration: The entirety of its main body (head, ears, back thorns, legs, claws, abdomen, tail thorns) is all dark green. The long horns that protrude from its forehead are still back. Also, the large vines that come out of the back of its head, rest between its spikes, wrap around its tail, rest on its foreleg's shoulders, and wrap around its forelegs are still dark brown. Finally, the eyes glow red and have really small black dots for irises.
Gender Differences: Male's spikes stand higher than the female's. The female's horns are half the size of the male's.
    Height: 6' 9"
    Weight: 273 lbs
    Ability: Overgrow
Lime Pokédex: Living deep within timberland wilds, Nettlepine lords over a territory marked by a large concentration of thorn bearing plants. It makes these plants large to keep out intruders.
Slate Pokédex: Believed to be a demon, Nettlepine has the ability to make thorny plants grow to excessive sizes. It's also believed to command these to destroy anything it considers a threat.

That's it for now. Hope some people like them. Might be back with more later.

Yeah, these are decent, but the ones that I've gotten the most praise for elsewhere were my Dragonite rank wolves because of them being love/hate dependent evos. Anyways, thanks for checking my thread out, neminoa!

Meh, I think the last or second evo should've been standing up, like half hunched overish.

^I actually tried drawing Nettlepine on its hind legs and hunched before in a doodle I made out of boredom during one of my classes in high school, but it was kinda goofy and reminded me somewhat of Bowser from the Super Mario games.

Anyways, I tried some touch-up with Porpike on my laptop's Paint program. Not sure if it really looks to much better though...

I'm trying to work on my fire starter Weasinge's line, but I've only got it and its intermediate so far and I don't know if their much better.

    https://i241.photobucket.com/albums/ff58/HuntsmanSkunk/Weasinge.jpg
    https://i241.photobucket.com/albums/ff58/HuntsmanSkunk/Charmink.jpg

Their supposed to be fire weasels that developed pyrokinesis to survive in a number of cold and hot climates, their designs are kinda simple in those picture's though...

Wow. It must be difficult coming up with all the information and devising a design. It's a daunting task. The grass line really does look vile (Dark-type)! But where's the dex info for Weasinge and Charmink? And about Doxinox, does he have something to do with Doxi Alpha, Beta, Gamma? Just curious. ^-^ Oh, and I wish you good luck with this too!

Eh... I forgot to add the dex info for Weasinge and Charmink. I'm gonna try and get the third evo, Incinermyn's picture up soon and get all of their dex info up, waveguidebuizel. Also, Doxinox has a lot to do with the other three. Of course, Doxi Alpha, Beta, and Gamma are the codenames for those others that I'm using just in Biohazard. They're real name's be revealed when I get to them and everything'll be made clear as the fic progresses. BTW, Biohazard's been reposted.

Thanks, kitsunekei1! I've been meaning to get the final evo of Weasinge, the water starter's line, and their info up, but I've been a kinda busy lately. Maybe sometime this week I have that first one up...

Well... I've got some time to give it a little update tonight so... Here the info for Weasinge and Charmink at least. I'll be back in a couple days with the full evo. I finally had the time to start Incinermyn's drawing.

    Weasinge
    Ronac Dex: #4
    Species: Burnt Pelt Pokémon
    Type: Fire
Name's Origin: Weasinge is a combo of 'weasel' and 'singe,' basically dubbing it a weasel with burnt areas on its fur.
Coloration: Weasinge's most distinguishing characteristic is the fact that the non-burnt areas of its fur transition from a dark red color near its face and head to a lighter red around its trunk and mid-abdomen area and finally to white on its lower abdomen and hindquarters. Its front legs match the light red coloration of the trunk. The hind legs are white like the rest of its hind area. A large gray stripe of burnt fur courses the length of its back starting at the ruby embedded in its forehead down to its blackened tail. The stripe on each side of the its body starting at its nose, under the eyes, and working its way down to the butt area is also gray because its supposed to be a burnt area of fur. The creature's short claws are white. And, finally, the eyes are a burgundy color with white irises at their centers.
Gender Differences: The female has a slightly larger ruby in her brow than the male does.
    Height: 1' 6"
    Weight: 23 lbs
    Ability: Blaze
Lime Pokédex: Curious yet timid, Weasinge slowly approaches things that it hasn't seen before. If it senses a threat, it launches psychically created fireballs from the ruby in its forehead.
Slate Pokédex: The ruby in Weasinge's pelt grants it the power to start fire with its mind. It uses this ability to burn its fur to create a smell that deters more powerful predators from coming near it.
Evo line: Weasinge evolves into Charmink at level 19, and then into Incinermyn at level 38.

    Charmink
    Ronac Dex: #5
    Species: Fiery Pelt Pokémon
    Type: Fire
Name's Origin: Charmink's a combination of 'char' and 'mink,' kind of a carryover from its pre-evo's name since the mink is a relative of the weasel. However, instead of just having burnt areas on its fur, Charmink's distinguished more by the flames on certain parts of its body.
Coloration: Following in Weasinge's footsteps, Charmink has the same dark red to light red to white fur coloring. Also, the eyes remain burgundy with white irises and the burnt areas behind its maw remain the gray color that the former stripe down its sides. The flames on down its backside transition somewhat like the fur from red atop Charmink's back to white at their tips. The ones on the shoulder areas of its forelegs and the tops of its hind legs, however, are yellow-orange with light blue tips.
Gender Differences: The female's ruby is slightly larger than the male's. Also, the male's flames start a little further down his neck because there's a small patch of golden fur behind its ruby that drops down the sides of his head somewhat.
    Height: 3' 4"
    Weight: 65 lbs
    Ability: Blaze
Lime Pokédex: Charmink's coat grows at a constant rate after it evolves, especially on its back and legs. Because of this, it uses pyrokinesis to burn excess fur, causing large flames doing so.
Slate Pokédex: A creature that prides itself on speed, Charmink darts from area to area while searching for prey. The large flames on its back intimidate other predators and deter them from taking its food when it stops to eat.

Wow, interesting! Charmink sounds especially colorful. Looks like a Psychic power is developing, judging from the descriptions so far (the ruby on the forehead and pyrokinesis).

Yeah, even though you really can't tell by my drawings, the weasinge line's real defining characteristic is its brilliant colorations, waveguidebuizel.

And now, here's the final one in the line, Incinermyn!

    https://i241.photobucket.com/albums/ff58/HuntsmanSkunk/Incinermyn.jpg

    Incinermyn
    Ronac Dex: #6
    Species: Solar Flare Pokémon
    Types: Fire/Psychic
Name's Origin: Incinermyn is a combination of 'incinerate' and 'ermine,' carrying on with the idea of a weasel (or, in this case, one of its relatives the ermine or stoat) having pyrokinesis.
Coloration: Incinermyn still bears the same red to white fur coloration that its predecessors had. The fanned up ring of fur behind its face is a golden color (it's supposed to look like a generic sun, a type of marking signifying how Incinermyn's pyrokinesis is so strong it can even summon solar radiation). Kind of carrying on Charmink's legacy, the flames atop its forelegs are yellow-orange with light blue tips. The fire spouts on the back of its neck and sides of its abdomen are yellow-orange, too (no light blue tips though). There are charred areas on the tops of its hind legs and down part of its back before giving way to the blazes on its tail that, like Charmink, transition from red at their base to white at their tips.
Gender Differences: Same as before with the ruby sizes, but the male's fur ring has a larger radius than the female's.
    Height: 8' 2"
    Weight: 173 lbs
    Ability: Blaze
Lime Pokédex: Having mastered pyrokinesis, Incinermyn can control all forms of fire, even radiation. It keeps its eyes closed most of the time because they can unleash UV rays that can blind others.
Slate Pokédex: Incinermyn doesn't like being bothered with the world's trivial matters, so it hides in deserts and on mountaintops. Those who provoke it shall lose their sight for all time.

    Signature moves
Solar Flare-Incinermyn summons forth a burst of the sun's radiation to severely damage all on the battlefield, including itself. Type: Fire Power: 200 Category: Special Accuracy: 100 PP: 5

Thorn Forest-Nettlepine digs all of its branches into the earth to forcefully sprout a thick collection of large thorn-bearing plants that severely damage all on the battlefield, including itself. Type: Grass Power: 200 Category: Physical Accuracy: 100 PP: 5

So, what do you guys think?

The attacks are strong, but don't forget, they also hurt the user...a lot too... Glad to see you liked it, waveguidebuizel. Incinermyn's supposed to be among one of those levitating psychics, even though that's not its ability in the game.
