[Questions] Rookidee Misprint?

    So I was helping my son organize his pokemon cards in numerical order and I noticed his Rookidee has 2 ".." before the number. Attached is a picture for a better understanding.

    Ink blot error.

    If you're wanting to know if it makes the card more valuable, it could go either way. Some collectors will pay a bit more for the novelty while others find them less desirable.
