One thing I can immediately tell you is that you need to add a Leafeon lv. X. Energy Forcing is just too useful, as you can use it to attach both a Psychic and a Grass Energy to Roserade and do 100 damage with Miasma Wind that same turn! Not to mention that Verdant Dance does more damage for each Energy you have in play. Along those lines, I'd get rid of the Umbreon and add Espeon Prime instead, as it can copy Miasma Wind and hurt Pokemon that are weak to Psychic. I'd also cut down the Roserade line by one each and add another Uxie.

I'd remove two of the Oak's Visit and replace them with Judge and Palmer's Contribution.

I'm going to guess that last Energy is supposed to be a Psychic? Since Umbreon's gone, you can replace the Darks with Psychics. If the ruling is the way I think it is, then Rainbow Energy would trigger both Special Conditions that Roserade's Energy Signal can deal at the same time, so I'd add two more.
