    I aint got any idea wich ones are hacked cuz I got them all in trades[ from friends who get them from friends and so on awile.], but im pretty sure celebi is hacked due to its low stats.
    dunno bout deoxys, he was ok with att+spec att in 300 and speed in 400 and some customized moveset.. guess it was ice beam,thunderbolt,psychic,psycho boost. well pm if interested, and feel free to ask. most of tihgnys I can do out of my head :D
