Legit? And how about a Shiny Electrode?
 
shiny electrode for rotom? thats a ripoff on yourself dude. do you know how not rare rotom is? go to the old chateau at night time (next to eterna city) and go upstairs. theres 5 rooms, take the 2nd one (X O X X X) and press a on the tv. rotom will appear. just telling you so you dont waste your electrode
