After what gym I can find route 14? The 4th gym? The 5th?

If memory from some site I looked at says right, it connects Lumiose City to Laverre City, so after the 5th Gym (Lumiose City).

I just checked, it is directly after the 5th gym. Between Lumiose and Laverre. (And one of the creepiest routes ever)
