3rd Gen Ruby and Sapphire Question

Is Ruby and Sapphire a movie, TCG, or what is it?

Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire is a Pokemon game...

There might be a Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire TCG series but I'm not sure since I don't play the TCG.

TCG doesn't have a whole series of cards that's called "Ruby and Sapphire" like FRLG did (though the series with the introduction of EX cards suggested this).

The closest thing i ever saw to the sapphire, ruby TCG is the team aqua and magma started deck.

Ruby and Sapphire is a set of two Game Boy Advance games. They are like the past games, but with new Pokemon, enhanced graphics, and many side quests. ^^
