Ruby & sapphire pokemon?

I've heard that people saying you can complete your pokedex by catching pokemon on the ruby and sapphire pinball game that are not normally or are hard to get in the main ruby and sapphire games, but i'm wondering how do you transfer the pokemon over to ruby? and can they be transferred to soul silver?

or is it not true that you can put them on your main games

if anyone has any answers can you please pm me? if you dnt want to its ok though :)

Beat the game, unlock the Pal Park (in Fuchsia City) and pop in Ruby to the GBA slot and select "migrate from Ruby" on the main menu when you turn on the game. At least I would assume so. I haven't played SS in a while, lol. Next time, ask in the correct section's Q&A thread please.
