Haven't done any real work on movesets just yet. Thought I would post on here for some sort of suggestions for them.
Keep in mind when suggesting that my style of gameplay is highly offense based and I don't particularly care for status inflictions/2 turn attacks or setup attacks like Dragon Dance and stuff. :)

Well, I can't help with progressive movesets, but you could try these once they're finished evolving:

Blastoise : Surf / Ice Beam / Body Slam / Earthquake

You said you wanted aggressive (offensive) play, so here it is: Surf is obligatory STAB, strongest accurate water-type move you can get (Hydro Pump ain't worth it), Ice Beam hits airborne and dragon-type targets, Body Slam has the added effect of slowing things down, and Earthquake is generally powerful, although you could use Rest and let it hold Chesto/Lum Berry for 1-turn recovery (Blastoise is naturally bulky, so this lets you keep attacking for quite a while).

Electabuzz: Thunderbolt / Psychic / Ice Punch / Fire Punch

Those are all special types, hence no Thunderpunch. Thunderbolt is good STAB, Psychic hits fighting and poison enemies, Ice Punch hits ground-types, and your airborne/dragon targets (i.e. like Blastoise), and Fire Punch hits grass, bug and steel-types. Brick Break is an option if you're not bothered about ground-types.

Pidgeot: Aerial Ace / Double-Edge / Steel Wing / Agility

Pidgeot is limited, so I gave the best it has going for it. Aerial Ace never misses, although Fly or Sky Attack are both options, but both 2-turn. Double-Edge is superpowerful self-harming fun, Steel Wing hits Rock and Ice, your two worst enemies, and Agility makes you hit faster.

Typhlosion: Flamethrower / Thunderpunch / Hidden Power (Dragon) / Rock Slide

Poor guy's never had the best coverage....Thunderpunch is a special attack, hits water-types. Hidden Power Dragon would have neutral coverage on everything except Steels and Shedinja (both hit by Flamethrower), Rock Slide is his most powerful move left.....and hits other fire-types better.

Now, for a couple of suggestions for more pokémon:

Salamence: Dragon Claw / Earthquake / Flamethrower / Crunch

Mixed set. Dragonite's actually better, but I thought I'd show off Hoenn's pokémon....Dragon Claw is STAB, Flamethrower hits Steels and Shedinja, Crunch hits Psychic/Ghost, and Earthquake is awesome.

Gardevoir: Calm Mind / Psychic / Shadow Ball / Thunderbolt

Gardevoir can actually do a good boosting sweeper, with decent coverage available. It has base 125 special attack, so hits hard. Psychic is STAB, Shadow Ball hits other Psychic-types and non-poison ghosts (aka non-Gengar family), Thunderbolt hits water-types mainly. From what you said earlier though, Fire or Ice Punch would be worth a look in, Fire Punch hitting grass, bug and steel, Ice Punch hitting flying, ground and dragon.
