Rules

All PokéCommunity Rules apply with the exception of the Thread Revival rule;

As this forum is new and the discussions are just getting started there are currently no Thread Revival rules in place, you may post in a thread no matter how old.

The Spotlight Series

Info & Reservations

The Spotlight Series is where we, as a community, focus our attention on a Pokémon, a stage, an NPC or another aspect of the game and discuss our opinions and share screenshots, videos and fan works! You may go into as much depth as you wish or you can keep it light! Please note, you are still more than welcome to post your own guides or create topics as usual, even if it has a Spotlight thread!

It would be great to have as many people as possible shine a spotlight on a character or aspect of the game that they especially love or find interesting! However, as there can only be one Spotlight thread per subject, there must be some rules!

You may create a Spotlight thread for any available subject at any time however it's recommended to first reserve the subject by posting in this thread. If the subject is available it will be reserved for you for seven days. If you haven't posted your thread within seven days the subject will be made available again but you're welcome to re-reserve it for yourself. You may only reserve one subject at a time. Please check that no one has reserved the subject that you wish to spotlight before posting.

The content of your opening post is entirely up to you, however an image, along with an introduction to the subject and reasons you chose it, would be encouraged!

Additionally, please title your thread; Spotlight on... [your subject goes here]! and remember to tag it with the Spotlight prefix!

Hosting Events

Did you know...

Any member of PokéCommunity is welcome to host their own event on the forums!

If you'd like to host a Pokkén Tournament event you're free to at any time, no need to ask permission, though it might be an idea to post here in advance to make sure it doesn't clash with any other planned events!

Any moderator will be happy to get any emblems you make uploaded to the server and sent out and post a notice on the Bulletin Board if applicable. If you need any other kind of help don't be shy to ask!

If you have a cool idea but are unsure whether to go ahead or you'd like to collaborate with someone feel free to post here and bounce some ideas around!​
