Adamant nature, lvl 10, legit and caught in a pokeball.
Adamant isn't good for a porygon >.> He doesn't have much physical attacks.

yeah but his sp atk is higher than his reg atk at the moment. EV trained it could be great.
Ev training can't good if he has a bad nature.

What would you offer? getting shiny starters are pretty rare.
Not really... Soft resting is a lot easier then chaining... I can give you that ralts.
