    Right now, im in this route that is high lited in red and is flashing, i dont see entei's face on my screen, does that mean i could find him there?
     
    I don't think so... Entei's sprite has to be on the route.
     
    That's how you catch the running Pokemon (besides just encountering it luckily and using a Master ball I suppose =P). Note that changing route/going in and out of a building/etc changes its location.

    Anyways, use the Help thread next time you have questions, or if you still need help encountering Entei. Thread closed.
