This needs a trade. trade from another Firered/leafgreen a pokemon with cut. then, dont make S.S Anne to leave, keep it there until u have surf and can use it. then, go to port, suf right and youll find even one lava cookie, and there are rumors, that Mew lies inside this truck. Anyone hasnt be able to prove it, however.

BUT, i found something new, than that old stuff. i got that if you trade from Emerald, ruby or sapphire a pokemon with a dive attack, thenuse it there and its like something opened. it was like that with me. i freaked out.....lol
