Sabeleye a usefull tanker?

    So i notice sabeleye has no weaknesses but rather low base stats.

    Im trying to make one usefull for fighting giving it the following:

    Calm nature ( -atk + sp.def )

    252 def evs, 200 sp.def evs, and the rest are put into HP.

    Item: leftovers

    Moves:

    Siesmic toss
    shadow ball
    recover
    calm mind/double team

    I could use A bit of help determining that 4th move. and any EV advice would b helpfull too.
