How many volumes of FMA manga there is now?
 
Like not sure but I know there are 57 chapters.
 
So I guess that means that there'll be at least 15 volumes in the end

Well I have Vol 1 but I have not starting reading it yet. I am reading Fruits Basket Vol 1 first.
