Just working and trying to find a new apt because my lease is up and I hate my current apt.
 
I really hope you will find a better place to live. Somewhere that you and your son can live comfortably without and problems.

I recently renew my lease, and now I have to pay a higher rent. @_@ Man, next year I am going to see if I can own a townhome! For the money I spend on renting, I could use it to spend owning a place. I have to pay $635 starting August 1st. Tell me, is that too much to spend on renting? My stepmom said I am not ready to own a home yet. She said a townhome will be good. And I agree with her. So next year...I am going to start looking. I am tired of renting. I want to own now.
 
I found a 2bed 2bath 2 miles from my job for $483 plus elec & water! ^_^

It is downstairs, has an on site 24hr laundry mat and I can get a line of sight to get Satellite! Its so cute too. I get a discount because I work at Dish Network. The normal price is $509 instead of $483. Most of the 2bed apts are much higher priced! I was lucky to find this one!!

All bills paid?! You are so lucky! I don't have all pill paid. I have to pay $635 right at the bat. It doesn't include electricity, water, or cable...

Yay, for a discount! Wow I don't have anything like that where I am. Thank goodness now you work for Dish Network. ^^ Those are very nice apartments.
 
You missed the part that says plus elec and water - that means I pay it.
 
Yeah and I just read reviews online for it and they were all positive. I was shocked most complexes have nothing but bad reviews online. So it looks like it will be a great apt. ^^
 
Oh wow! I wonder if they just build them. So it is a brand new complex, but I could be wrong. They look pretty new. So you are getting a great deal. =D
 
Well they were renovated in 2006 so they are like new.
 
I am looking forward to moving out of the one I have now. I hate it.

Man, I can't believe what you are living now...there isn't any maintance assistance. So if something is broken, they won't send anyone to come and fix it? But if they do, it will be awhile. And I bet everything looks broken down.

When do you move to your new place?
