It's from Dragon Ball Z, the dude gets real angry, and eventually he starts to sorta "evolve".

He turns into a musclier version of himself, with blonde hair and blue eyes.

If someone made Ash do that it would look awesome.
 
Yeah except I like his hair and eyes the way they are and those DBZ guys are fugly! XD
