Well, Kylie-chan, lets just say I've been waiting for this moment for quite a while, and I'm simply expressing my opinion of Saddam Hussein, which, of course, is complete hatred.

And, yes, I do have a mature opinion if you didn't figure that out by now. Mature opinions can be expressed like that. And it seems you're trying to sort of pardon Mussein of his horrible past crimes when you say I don't need to all caps. That's how opinions can be expressed. The United States of America has the rule of free speech just to let you know.

'But nooooo', all caps, exclamation marks out the gazoo? They're not necessarily needed to express a mature opinion. In fact, they're all absent in magazine articles and essays because they're the sign of someone crying over it inanely. It's not a matter of free speech; it's a matter of watching how you talk and ensuring that you don't make a fool of yourself considering that typing in all capitals is against our rules.
