After looking at Tortured Soul's thread, I've realized the awesomeness of Rapidash. Therefore, here is the best set for her ever.

In all seriousity, here are my ideas:

Rapidash@Life Orb/Focus Sash***Loquacity (It's not over yet, Loquacity! Not till I get those secrets!)
Nature:Naive
Megahorn
Flare Blitz/Fire Blast/Overheat
Will-o-Wisp
Hypnosis
EV:???


See, here is my plan. With her SPD, she can outrun those critical pokes, like Garchomp or Nape, for a burn or a sleep.


But, the dilema. I can give it Flare Blitz, & make it a physical Attacker, or I can make it mixed, like my Flygon. But I need help with those EVs.

I know you know I know. Was with Life Orb, although in afterthought, that is recklessly suicidal. Then again, she isn't meant to take hits.

Make it all Physical. Give it Shell Bell, if that helps.
Otherwise, you should go Wide Lens to help Hypnosis.

But man, Will-O-Wisp + Hypnosis on Rapidash... Even I couldn't think of anything that sexy. Too awesome for words.

Rapidash's greatest role is one as a Double Status Agent. Good job:

- Flare Blitz
- Megahorn
- Will o Wisp
- Hypnosis

Classic 252 ATK/252 SPD, 6 whatever.

Also, go Jolly now. Ah Jolly Unicorns, gotta luv'em. I wouldn;t use a Life Orb eith Flare Blitz, I would go Focus Sash.

Jolly & Naughty is debatable.Whichever pops out first. Either way, her spd will increase, & ATK won't decrease, so whichever comes first.

I'm personally a fan of suicide moves + Life Orb, especially on Pokemons with low survivability.
You know, to catch people off-guard and do more hurting than usual.

But since your Rapidash has two support moves, I guess it's not optimal.

i use that exact rapidash, and yes, i run it with focus sash. decent starter.

just go with a simple jolly 252 SPD/252 ATK rapidash.

o.o Rapidash can learn Hypnosis..? Lol.

I would make it all physical, even Skarmory wouldn't want to come out on Rapidash

Cause a switch with Hypnosis, and burn the next one that tries to get in
