Thunder Fang is weaker than Wild Charge on Stoutland. Use Fire Fang (for Steels) or Crunch (for Psychics and Ghosts) instead.
Don't use Flash Cannon on Heatran; Steel is a bad offensive type. Use Overheat for a powerful revenge-killing attack (you can always switch to cancel the Special Attack drop).
