This team is kinda walling overkill. In fact is Physical walling overkill. Yes they may all get spec def boosts but you still need a dedicated special wall. If you wanna keep your same pokes then conver cradily to a full special wall. Oh and like you said Hippo and glisgor is overkill, switch one for a second special attacker otherwise physical walls are gonna be laughing at you when heartran dies.

Cradily is actually a great Special Wall with Sandstorm on. I can usually get away with 40%, even with Calm Mind buffs, just because Sandstorm increases its HUGE Sp. Def. And then it can fire back with Mirror Coat.

I know my Cradily set is especially weak against Steel-types who sweep Physically, but it looks like this:

    Cradily @ Leftovers
    Suction Cups, some EV spread
    -- Barrier
    -- Toxic
    -- Recover
    -- Mirror Coat

Barrier wards away Physical Sweepers, since after 6+, they have to rely on Critical hits. Then once the Special Sweepers come in, you fire back with Mirror Coat.

It's especially entertaining to have a foe switch in an Infernape or something, Taunt you, then try to Nasty Plot 3 times, then kill itself with Flamethrower.

If used correctly, it can sweep teams, but that also means moderation and knowing what to switch out on.

Keep Cradily as it currently is.

Heatran is not a Mixape counter as it cannot switch in on Close Combat. A counter is a pokemon who can switch in to another pokemon and take little or not damage and cause a threat to the opposition pokemon and threaten to beat it or cause a switch.

    Tentacruel@leftovers
    204 HP / 74 DEF / 60 SP.ATT / 172 SP.DEF.
    Calm Nature
    Trait : liquid Ooze
    - Rapid Spin
    - Toxic Spikes
    - Surf / Hydro pump
    - ice Beam / Hidden power Electric

    Starmie@Leftovers
    127 HP / 120 SP.ATT / 216 SPEED
    Timid Nature
    Trait : natural Cure
    - Thunderbolt / Ice beam
    - Surf
    - Recover
    - Rapid Spin

Put one of the above somewhere as they are classed as mixape counters.

If you choose tenta take toxic off Cradily and give it Sassy Nature and Energy Ball/Grass Knot, as your team is morbidly walled by swampert.

EDIT : Oh you added Tenta, actually keep Gliscor,as your gonna be screwed by heracross due to toxic spikes.

Oh I didn't know it was illegal together, Dang u smogon!

I did have sludge bomb on him before you posted.... should I add it again?

(high poison rate is still coaxing hera to switch in)

Yep, it says on Smogon that they are ilegal

    Smogon said:
Knock Off and Rapid Spin are incompatible breeding moves, so pick which you need most. Even if you go with Knock Off, Tentacruel can still serve as your "spinner", but only to remove Toxic Spikes, by absorbing them as he switches in.

You could run tenta w/Toxic Spikes in conjunction with Gliscor then you wouldnt fear Hera.

But Yea sludge bomb is ok. It hasnt got that high a poison rate, if you predict a Hera Switch in just surf it or go to the appropriate counter.

4 pokemon weak to EQ does not help this team at all and the other two don't exactly resist it.

Cradily as your only form of special walling will not work. Toxispikes or Toxic will shut down your entire team barring the steels. also Agilitygross is a totally outdated set that needs SD passing to work anymore.

Tentacruel absorbs toxic spikes upon entry.

But yeah, you need an EQ resist/Immunity.

Woah how does it do that? <---My noobiness at DP is showing hehe

Gyarados with Earthquake (as in, all good gyarados) will totally fry this team. I don't know what Metagross takes from a DDed EQ but it has to hurt. I imagine Cradily stalling it a bit and giving it some problems but a few Waterfall flinches will be game set and match.

Fighters also run rampant, and this team can't take water attacks.

Just switching into them, all poison types do, apart from if they float *Looks at Gengar and Weezing*.
