Even though its not a Sticky, I suggest reading This Read the last post. Rates that don't have Grammar don't give much of a Rate. And finally, putting Sandstorm on any poke is useless.

    Tyranitar @ Leftovers (M) **Tyraniboah
    Trait: Sandstream
    Quiet Nature (+Satk, Speed)
    - Substitute
    - Focus Punch
    - Thunderbolt
    - Dark Pulse..

    Magnezone @ Choice Specs (U)
    Trait: Magnet Pull
    Modest / Timid Nature
    - Flash Cannon
    - Thunderbolt / Charge Beam
    - HP [Ice]
    - Tri Attack...

    Empoleon @ Leftovers (F)
    Trait: Torrent
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Agility
    - Surf
    - Ice Beam
    - Grass Knot..

    Torterra @ Leftovers (M)
    Trait: Overgrow
    Impish Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Wood Hammer
    - Earthquake
    - Stone Edge
    - Curse.. Spikes > Toxic Spikes on Fortress.

    Bronzonf @ Leftovers (M)
    Trait: Levitate
    Relaxed Nature (+Def, Spd)
    - Rest
    - Gyro Ball
    - Trick Room
    - Earthquake...

Just for the sake of variety, I love using this Magnezone Skarmbliss killer that was apparently created by Richard Steel (?):

    Magnezone @ Life Orb
    Ability: Magnet Pull
    EVs: 154 HP/100 Atk/56 Spd/200 SAtk
    Mild nature (+SAtk, -Def)
    - Thunderbolt
    - Hidden Power [Ice]
    - Explosion
    - Substitute

Added my own little changes. It works wonders.

Your team utilizes strategy very skillfully since Trick Room will turn all your tanking pokemon into Sweepers with Defenses - a very scary combination. I would like to point out that Toxic Spikes isn't the best choice. Spikes > Toxic Spikes since if Blissey meets the field with Aromatherapy, Toxic Spikes is pretty much useless. Also it enables Heracross to do a massive amount of damage.

@evilcheese - Sandstorm does last forever unless it is interrupted by another weather condition. Note that Sandstorm only has the "forever" effect when it is set into play by Sandstream ability (by Tyranitar / Hippowdon in play)

I see that Itachi is back 8D

jeez. anything with close combat + choice band OHKOs or 2HKOs every poke on your team (well, maybe except torterra, although his ice weak isn't attractive). give bronzong reflect for that.

Yeah, I realized that... both the Infernape weak and the CB weak. :P

At least should I replace Empoleon with Swampert?

If I manage to get in a Trick Room before Bronzong is KO'd then I can annhilate it with Tyranitar.

you know what i just noticed about your team that is disappointing? it doesn't abuse sandstorm as much as it should. there's only one rock type on your team =O

Steel and Ground types are perfectly immune to sandstorm too, why would I need more rock types? =P

Well Abilties like Sand Veil put Sandstorm to good use, and some Pokemon get an increase in spdef when there is sandstorm running. Like Gliscor makes good use of it, as well as Hippowdon.
