This is for shoddy, suspect ladder, assuming Garchomp will soon be Uber, Garchamp isn't a part of this team. If Garchomp doesn't go Uber, then that's a different story, let's just not bring him up in suggestions.
Funny thing, I make this team, after not having seen it in ANY battle for months, and when I first try it out, I face a rain dance team, then a sandstorm team, and I thought weather effects weren't being used so much anymore.

This is how it works: Hippowdon starts the sandstorm, gets stealth rock in, hold out as long as it can. Switch to Tentacruel or Gliscor, at the sight of a special/ physical sweeper, respectively. Gliscor poisons with toxic, the sandstorm, the poison and stealth rock, should be able to take a chunk out. (Originally had toxic spikes on tentacruel, but then saw I needed a water move somewhere). I prefered tentacruel over forretress, to not add another fire weakness, and to deal with grass and ground types easier. Then there's tyrannitar, who can wipp up another sandstorm, if another weather effect is activated (whoich seems to happen a lot). Lucario as a special sweeper, and Dragonite as a physical sweeper, the both of them can hanlde various types, also Dragonite resists grass and water, which is a great help.
