ok i have protect and spite it says you can get shadow ball in he battle tower where is it????
 
err... Shedinja just learns shadow ball naturally. You went on too far in the FAQ and went outta the Rayquaza section possibly O.o; And you don't get the shadow ball TM in battle tower anyway but in Mt.Pyre somewhere.

Either Fly to Pacifidlog Town and surf east for a little bit or surf south from Mossdeep City until you reach the bottom of the map. The start surfing west from there and you'll be on Route 130 in a few seconds.
