Well I have done a new sig *points to nes sig*. The thing I want you to rate is the three parts, the left centre and right ^^.

Hmm... just a few suggestions.
1) Try adding borders. It really helps a lot.
2) Try not to use large pixel fonts... when small, pixel fonts are cool, but when enlarged, they are actually quite hard to read.
3) Instead of sharp cutting on the face, blend it slightly at the edges. So, it will fade in.

Don't blend it, just feather it by a couple of pixels, it'll look better~ Torkoal is cute though~

THanks for the comments and advice ^^. Ill take that in to account next time but there is a reason there is no border.
