Saw III: Did it meet your expectations?

I was curious as to whether or not Saw III was as good/bad as you originally expected it to be. I, personally, loved it, but I still prefer the original in a way.

I'd also like to know if you consider it a buy, rental, or ignore. for when it's on DVD.

I dont really buy movies when they come on DVD, only if they are really good do i buy them. Saw III wasn't very bad at all very gruesoe and quite a few moments of tension. My favourite so far of the Saw trilogies to be Saw II everything about it was great the storyline, up until the last moment where we discover a twisting secret in the plot.

I thought Saw III was, by far, the worst in the series. Saw I & II were clever written and it was fascinating to see the way the story unravelled at the end and how you see all of the cryptic clues throughout the movie. Saw III was totally predictable. I knew exactly what was gonna happen. I knew they were gonna be related, I knew she'd kill her and I knew he'd kill him.
