5th Gen Sawk or Throh ?

Hi,

I come to ask you which one is the best pokemon for you, between Sawk and Throh ?

On my black party, I caught both. But I only play with Sawk because his stats were just insane.


On my newest party on white. I tried to found him since 2 h 30 but without success. I only found a Throh. I began to level him for beat the second champion. But it seems to me that Throh is just impossible to play. (I think his attacks very bad).

So, I come near the specialist from fight type as you are. To know if I must continue to farm until I find a Sawk or if Throh is playable later ? I use the fight pokemon during all the story and also after that, as you can see in my sign for black version (In the fact, my black signature is not up to date for the levels of my pokemon).

It's the reason I want to know if he become a good pokemon after a certain level ? or if he's completely useless ?

Okay I'm pretty sure I mentioned this in the mascots thread, but for comparing two Pokemon, we have weekly polls on them. In fact, you can revive anything with a weekly poll prefix, given that there's not already an active thread on it. As a result, weekly polls take priority over normal threads because normally Throh vs Sawk wouldn't be allowed to be made. You guys would all know this if you checked over the rules, so I suggest all of you do.

So guys! This is the thread you'll want when comparing Sawk and Throh. Just read through the posts there Kenshin (I'll be moving all these posts to that thread) or reply yourself.

Also, Throh is better for bulky teams, and Sawk is better for pure offense. Personally I prefer pure offense but Throh can be good too if used properly.
