Not much wrong with the moves, although the EVs still need a bit of work:

Jolteon - meh, it's kinda predictable. Not having HP Ice/Grass really hurts Jolteon though, so I'd use that over Baton Pass. EVs are fine.

Dusclops -max HP always, since he doesn't really have that much.

    Dusclops@Leftovers
EV: 252 HP, 24 Att, minor Def, Sp Def
    Focus Punch
    Shadow Ball
    Night Shade
    Will-O-Wisp

The attack EVs mean you can KO Zam in one hit with Shadow Ball. FPunching is all about prediction, but it works if you can time it right with Dusclops. Doesn't need huge Defence EV since WoW takes care of that, so stick some there and wallop the rest in Sp Def.

Dugtrio - consider HP Bug over HP Ghost, means you can KO Celebi/Exeggutor should they ever come along, and threatens Psychic types just as much. Jolly over Adamant, you want to be able to KO Zam/Sceptile or at least have a chance.

Snorlax - I'd use more HP than Defence, since he's not gonna fare too well against fighting attacks anyway.

Alakazam - why HP Electric when he gets Thunderpunch? Anyway, trickbanding still works, even if it is kinda expected. I'd use Thunderpunch and Ice Punch for his other moves, pseudo-boltbeam

Weezing - needs more Defence EV than that. I'd use something other than HP Ground though, since you have Dugtrio for the need of an EQ attack. Ok yes, Jolteon is faster, and Weezing can surprise them with this, but they'll probably just Sub anyway to get the Petaya. Lose Sludge Bomb for Haze though, your team is lacking a hazer.

I'll consider some of those, but low hp is the best vs bliss. that kills like 200 of her HP. and lower HP, more I get from Pain Split. I'll be switching to a +SpD nature and adding shadowball most likely.

I considered jolly, but ionno, I have other zam/sceptile counters.. I'll test it with HP bug.

as long as it has 101 subs I'm happy :D and I'm putting defensive evs into HP
