4th Gen Scared of Pokeathalon

I've almost unlocked the majority of the rooms but I can't beat the preset record on pennant capture
It's sooo hard!!!
 
i have all the medals ^^ the pokeathlon is a mans pokemon contest but i cant beat the peenant capture record (best is 32)
