Below is a deck I have used recently and has brought me decent success in my local club. Ready to take it next level, but I would like to hear what the masses have to say...

    Pokémon: (15)
    Sceptile EX (7/98) x3
    Aegislash EX x2
    Spinarak x3
    Ariados x3
    Honedge (98/160) x2
    Doublade (99/160) x2

    Trainers: (34)
    Professor Sycamore x4
    Professor Birch x3
    Lysandre x2
    Hex Maniac x1
    Ultra ball x3
    Level ball x3
    VS Seeker x3
    Trainer's mail x3
    Super Scoop Up x2
    Energy Retrieval x1
    Switch x2
    Muscle band x3
    Trick Coin x2
    Steel Shelter x2

    Energy: (11)
    Grass energy x6
    Double Colorless Energy x3
    Metal Energy x2

Rationale behind the deck: Have Sceptile/Ariados do the heavy lifting while Doublade takes care of Mega EX Pokémon. Aegislash's primary role is to warn off Night March decks and other Pokémon that rely on special energy.

Weakness: This deck is 100% weak to Fire-type Pokémon. With the emergence of turbo decks that utilize Entei and Charizard, this deck doesn't have staying power to keep up. Occasionally run into lack of energy, and once I lacked supporter help.

Any who, I would like to hear suggestions!

Side-note: not interested in adding Shaymin to this deck; lost more than enough times because someone picked-off a benched Shaymin.

I do like Doublades attack, and maybe pairing it with the Bat line it could seriously knock out.

However looking at it I feel it won't be strong enough. Spinarak is an easy target for catching, and I can't justify 3x in the deck as the others will be sitting on the bench, prized or floating in the deck when you don't want them.

Sceptile can do 150 with muscle band attached, so it isn't enough to majorly knock out anything if you don't start with hondedge/doublade and even if you do start with them 80hp is very much in the target area for a lot of basic attacks.

I can also see the lack of energy being a problem. Usually running 11 (without special) is ideal. You might have a problem with getting a good attack on Aegislash as with your set up he can do 80 (100 with muscle band) which isn't enough from an ex. My friend runs a Mega Sept deck and she plays around 6 grass and always has a problem setting up as she can't find the energy quick enough.

I do like the idea of this one but don't think it'll hit hard enough. I also feel running 3 Birches might be a little OTT (Just from experience)
