A while ago, my friend and I were battleling together. I was using Torterra, Charizard, Espeon, Electivire, Palkia and Lucario. When I sent my Torterra out and he sent his Swampert, he totally obliterated me with Blizzard. After the battle ended ( I lost...), I was thinking to switch my Torterra with my Sceptile the next time we battled, but I don't know a good moveset for a Sceptile. Could you guys help me out with this?

Oops. I should've put this in Battles and Movesets! Mods, could you move this thread there?

    Okay, moved for you.

    -MOVED-

    SubSeed
    Sceptile @ Leftovers
    Jolly/Timid
    56 HP / 200 Def / 252 Spe
    Sub
    Leech Seed
HP Fire if Timid/ X-Scissor if Jolly
Energy Ball if Timid/ Leaf Blade if Jolly

My favorite. Sub, then seed them. When they are about to break your sub, sub again.

Well i'm not good with movesets but i think a good move to teach will be Leaf blade. And if you want you could teach it Solarbeam/Energy Ball or Frenzy Plant your choice. But don't teach it all those moves.Maybe one or two

HP Fire is Hidden Power Fire. Hehe, sorry. >_> But you have to breed for it, so if you don't like breeding, you can try out this physical Sceptile.

    Sceptile @ Leftovers
    Jolly
    252 Attack 252 Speed 6 HP
    -Swords Dance
    -Leaf Blade
    -Dragon Claw
-Brick Break / Thunderpunch / Earthquake

Physical Sceptile is inferior to Special.. And Breeding really Isn't THAT painful to do..

    Sceptile @ Leftovers
    Trait: Overgrow
    EV's: 252 SPD / SATK / 4 HP
    Timid Nature (+SPD, -ATK)
    - Leech Seed
    - Substitute
    - HP [ICE/FIRE]
    - Energy Ball. Sorry if the captial "Digits," seem as if I'm yelling, but It's just the format I use recently... Timid Nature.. always..
