    what's the best recommended moveset for a Sceptile raised to be a special sweeper?

    move 2: Dragon Pulse / Hidden Power Ice
    move 3: Focus Blast / Hidden Power Fire
    move 4: Hidden Power Fire / Leaf Storm
     
    Sceptile @ Leftovers
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 Hp, 252 Sp. Atk, 252 Spd
    - Energy Ball/Leaf Storm
    - Dragon Pulse
    - Substitute
    - Leech Seed

    Standard subseeder. Fastest pokemon to use Leech Seed, which is very nice.
