script code to create a locked event after the third gym

    I'm a guy who had been meaning to create a trainer for a long time on some old game, in this case Firered, I got to a good point but I realized that the code has no tutorial, and many people don't know it, I was creating a trainer for the end of the beta but I only wrote the battle code below:
    [PokeCommunity.com] script code to create a locked event after the third gym
    my intention was to create an event that can bring up the trainer after LT's defeat. SURGE and therefore getting the medal, I'm one of those who knows nothing about scripts so for the battle I went to copy a duo battle but doing something like that seems too complicated to me, so could someone help me?
