[Script] Script editing tools

it is possible to edit scripts by navigating to a memory offset in a hex editor such as HxD and use files from nitro explorer to overwrites bytes of data, but not even I quite understand. if anyone could further clarify, that would be appreciated.

Don't worry, I made it by opening the ROM (HeartGold) with Spiky's DS Map Editor! In any case, thank you for your answer.
