Question: Scripts Help Please

I Need A Script for making a rival,in which he cames outta nowhere, and then battles,and then leaves (by walking)...and the other one is a gymleader script,in which i battle a gym leader, and then he gives me an item an a badge...please help me...
It has to be for FireRed.
