I'm curious to know what the moveset for that Togekiss is. And I'd like to know if you would trade Weevile for a shiny EV'd Raikou. I can get you the IVs/EVs/nature/moveset and all that good stuff if you need it.

Shiny Ev'ed Raikou? I'll need the OT...and IVs. As for moveset- Nasty Plot, Aura Sphere, Air Slash, Roost

Hasty Electrike w/ HP Grass 70
Timid Bulbasaur w/ HP Dragon 70

And a few EV'd Pokes I have are:

Timid Jolteon (30/28/13/31/10/19)
Shiny Impish Gyarados (IV's suck)
Heatran (22/10/30/31/31/31)
