If you want one for a Rom hack, there are topics in the Hack sub where you can ask such questions.

Also, you haven't given us any information. We don't know if you are a spriter yourself, we don't know what you want to do with the sprites, give us at least a little incentive to want to help you.

A tip, try practicing pixel art yourself. If you don't have substancial skills in spriting, you have to have incredible ideas to have a pixel artist collaborate with you, so I suggest practicing yourself.
