Palcitys: only the original ones..: not from 15. july

well.. the alternate movesets.. are cheats... the palcity mew.. must have:
aura sphere
mega punch
metronome
teleport
if it doesnt have these moves.. its hacked..
please tell me the dates.. and.. if they have these moves.. or not
ps: also the date of the pikachu
