I already have my first team to level 100 (first image in my sig if you're curious), so I started a second team on SoulSilver. They all have Pokerus.

    - Discharge

    Togekiss - level 53 - Serene Grace
    161 HP / 63 Atk / 139 Def / 141 SpAtk / 133 SpDef / 101 Spd
    - Air Slash
    - Flamethrower
    - Fly
    - Aura Sphere

    Yanmega - level 53 - Speed Boost
    170 HP / 104 Atk / 112 Def / 158 SpAtk / 72 SpDef / 122 Spd
    - Air Slash
    - Bug Buzz
    - U-turn
    - Double Team

    Weavile - level 53 - Pressure
    149 HP / 147 Atk / 83 Def / 69 SpAtk / 108 SpDef / 151 Spd
    - Icy Wind (want to replace w/ Ice Punch)
    - Slash
    - Night Slash
    - Surf

    Swampert - level 52 - Torrent
    182 HP / 137 Atk / 111 Def / 107 SpAtk / 96 SpDef / 95 Spd
    - Avalanche
    - Waterfall
    - Earthquake
    - Hydro Cannon

    Gardevoir - level 52 - Trace
    163 HP / 85 Atk / 107 Def / 163 SpAtk / 140 SpDef / 90 Spd
    - Shadow Ball
    - Psychic
    - Double Team
    - Magical Leaf

Any advice on what to EV train or movesets are appreciated.

First thing I noticed was your EVs. They hurt me T_T

When dealing with EVs, you want to train about 2 or 3 things for an even spread with high numbers.

    Examples from my Grass Team:

Tangrowth (F) @ Leftovers Role: Physical Wall

    Trait: Leaf Guard
    EVs: 212 HP / 252 Def / 44 Spd
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Leech Seed
    - Sleep Powder
    - Power Whip
    - Earthquake

This pokemon's role is simply to provide a Wall when you are dealing with a lot of Physical Attacks. Note that I put most of the EVs into his Defense and HP, I did so because I use him to Absorb a lot of Punishment.

Sceptile (M) @ Choice Band Role: Subseeder

    Trait: Overgrow
    EVs: 216 HP / 252 Spd / 40 SAtk
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Leech Seed
    - Hidden Power [Ice]
    - Substitute
    - Energy Ball

Sceptile is my Subseeding pokemon, he relies heavily on being the first to move so I placed the majority of the EVs into Speed and HP, with a little into SAtk to help out.

Broloom (Breloom) (M) @ Toxic Orb
    Role: Physical Sweeper

    Trait: Poison Heal
    EVs: 12 HP / 252 Atk / 244 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Spore
    - Seed Bomb
    - Focus Punch
    - Substitute

Breloom is my Bro. He is an excellent sweeper, and so I focused the majority of the EVs into Speed and Attack. Focus Punch and Seed Bomb really let me hammer into my Enemies, and with his Poison Heal ability coupled with Toxic Orb it's pretty nice.

Hopefully this gave you some insight into EVs and I can't wait to see what you come up with :)

Here's a little of what I got when I played with your Weavile, she's very similar to my own Weavile.

    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 12 HP / 252 Atk / 244 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Ice Punch
    - Night Slash
    - Shadow Claw
    - Surf (I use Swords Dance but you May have Surf for Out of Battle Reasons so I left it)

    ..another thing,
max EV's equal a total number of 510,
    your luxray has 690
    your togekiss has 738
    your yanmega has 738
    your weavile has 707
    your swampert has 728
    and your gardevior has 748,

i think you may have miscalculated your ev's ;)
Or they are the actual stats and not evs...

I thought the same thing at first; however, currently the pokemon with the highest Base Stat Total is Arceus at 720 followed by Mewtwo, Lugia, Palkia, Rayquaza, Ho Oh, Dialga, and Giratina (Both Formes) at 680, so this is not the case.
